Psalm 114 teaches that all creation responds to the presence and Word of God. The sea, rivers, and mountains are described as reacting to Him, showing that God’s authority is above nature itself. This reveals that His Word is eternal, unshakable, and still active today.

Deuteronomy 20:19 often translated to English as “man is like a tree of the field” carries a far richer meaning. The Hebrew translation reads, "Because Man Is A Tree of the Field".

In our time, the patterns of Noah’s days have returned: violence, moral decline, self-centeredness, irreverence, and spiritual indifference. Yet just as Noah entered the ark and was saved, we also have been given an ark.

In the Scriptures there appears a unique figure called the man of the wall, the one who stands in the gap (watchmen on the wall). This is a person willing to take his place in the breach.

Today we gather with hearts that are heavy, yet filled with deep hope, for today the words of Scripture are not only read, but lived before our eyes.

In times of war, fear, and global turmoil, many hearts carry deep wounds of the soul. Some have witnessed unbearable scenes, returning from battle with their bodies intact but their souls bleeding. Others live with anxiety, recurring memories, or a profound emptiness symptoms of post-traumatic stress (PTSD).

In Deuteronomy 30:6 it is written: “Adonai your God will circumcise your heart and the heart of your descendants, to love Adonai your God

From the beginning of creation to the end of days, one spirit has been at work in the world, the spirit of rebellion.
